Content: | This module, comprising courses 204-037-000 Quantitative Methods and 204-037-000 Investment and Finance, teaches students to solve quantitative questions and problems using basic mathematical methods. Topics covered include basic rules of calculation, equations, sequences, functions, differential calculus, and an introduction to financial mathematics and business finance. Students will acquire essential financial terminology, concepts, and skills such as investment comparison, capital needs calculation, and financing methods. By the end of the module, students will grasp financial regulations and procedures, and adeptly apply investment calculation methods using standard PC software. This module equips students with practical skills for quantitative finance and business applications. |
