Efficient work methods enhance individual and team productivity, while solid yet flexible project planning and organization are crucial. Clear agreements on work package structures are vital for success. Effective communication within the project is essential. Key topics covered include holistic thinking, project planning methods, spatial planning considerations, project management basics, communication structures, and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, the importance of constructive communication skills, self-evaluation, team positioning, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving methods is emphasized.
