  • Introducing various landscape concepts and assessing their relevance to planning.
  • Explaining environmental factors and land utilization.
  • Applying diverse methods for landscape analysis and assessment, demonstrated through a regional landscape case study.
  • Evaluating landscape functions and ecosystem services while considering complexity and dynamics.
  • Presenting and defending individual work.
  • Optionally, practicing fundamental planning and design methods to accommodate varying levels of interdisciplinary knowledge within the study group.
