Content:

Strategic project management, grounded in process orientation, fosters comprehensive management competence within the team and enhances both internal and external communication. It involves optimizing processes from an economic standpoint and analyzing the broader context of planning offices/projects, considering stakeholders and decision-makers. This approach ensures sustainable success, benefiting the company/project internally and externally. Agile methodologies and effective project communication are pivotal.

The module covers:

  • Principles and methods for developing strategies and target hierarchies.
  • Agile methodologies.
  • Principles, methods, and tools of process management, adhering to normative requirements.
  • Public participation and stakeholder management, incorporating co-creative collaboration with design methods.
  • Methods for monitoring and continuously improving processes.
  • Internal and external project communication, encompassing presentation strategies and techniques.

The module comprises two courses: "Strategic Project Management" and "Project Communication."
